Photolapse was a computer program written as a comment against persistent video surveillance in the world.

Logic

The program takes a random area of the webcam feed and places it on the canvas every second. Over time, images are layered and movements across every second are visible on the screen, but not in succession; making it hard for people to establish any continuity.
