people presented their play experiences today.

in the first one, i felt like people didn’t care. the whole group didn’t care. when given feedback, none of it is responded to or acknowledged. everyone just fishes for compliments — because whatever is made, is considered ‘gold’.

i wrote in my notebook:

people need to find more spaces to get their work shredded to bits. that’s how you learn to not fall in love with your work, and chase betterment.

the second one was better. people cared. i only remember shloka & ian_itp-27 from that group. but all of them seemed to care. they had good critical thought about the prompt, and actually gave a shit.

they also played actual games to understand play. i can’t believe i missed that with my group.
